Perform daily-to-monthly bookkeeping for high-net-worth clients: accounts payable, journal entries, bank/brokerage/credit card reconciliations, vendor management, Form 1099 processing, transaction recording, client file maintenance, ad hoc analysis, and prompt client communication.

Lead M&A due diligence and integration planning, synthesize diligence into actionable integration roadmaps, manage cross-functional execution, support strategic growth initiatives, prepare executive presentations and reports, and coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations and Technology to drive client solutions projects to completion.
