Prepare and review individual, trust, estate, gift, foundation, and business tax returns; perform tax research; manage tax files and client data; assist with notices and support tax planning for high-net-worth clients.

Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives: manage complex calendars, travel, expense reports, meeting logistics, presentations, confidential files, team coordination, event planning, and ad-hoc projects while supporting other assistants as backup.

Lead M&A due diligence and integration planning, synthesize diligence into actionable integration roadmaps, manage cross-functional execution, support strategic growth initiatives, prepare executive presentations and reports, and coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations and Technology to drive client solutions projects to completion.
