Lead design and execution of leadership development programs, competency frameworks, and 360-degree assessment initiatives. Manage IDP toolkits, career development processes, external coaching coordination, and operations for advisor-related roles. Analyze and refine development initiatives, support performance management, and deliver scalable learning solutions across in-person, virtual, and online formats.

Coordinate logistics for learning programs (onboarding, cohorts, on-site events), manage LMS and performance/360 systems, maintain training rosters and SharePoint, run reports/analysis, handle vendor invoices/expenses, and provide administrative and participant support for Talent initiatives.

Provide complex domestic and international business and legal research using specialized databases; evaluate and compile reliable sources; support consultants and practice-area business development; train staff on resources; recommend and manage acquisitions; maintain and expand departmental research knowledge and tools.
