Supports Somali-speaking learners in a fully virtual data analytics program. Responsibilities include answering questions, facilitating breakout rooms, holding office hours, reviewing materials, grading assignments, providing feedback, recording walkthroughs, monitoring learner progress, and escalating concerns. The role also requires supporting live sessions, communicating in Somali and English, attending onboarding and staff meetings, and submitting weekly progress reports.

Provide bilingual Somali-English support to learners in a virtual data annotation program. Facilitate labeling practice, answer questions, review and grade multimodal annotation assignments, conduct office hours, create walkthroughs, monitor learner progress, provide feedback, and escalate attendance or performance concerns. TAs must understand annotation guidelines, AI output evaluation, quality assurance, secure data handling, and AI training fundamentals.

Own strategic enterprise client relationships from account strategy through delivery, renewal, and expansion. Build executive stakeholder relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, lead business reviews, communicate value, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Develop repeatable account-management practices, track client health and business-impact metrics, and partner with Sales and Growth leadership on commercial strategy, renewals, and expansion.
