Build, administer, and optimize enterprise Databricks data platforms in Azure. Responsibilities include platform operations, Terraform-based infrastructure automation, data ingestion enablement, governance through Unity Catalog, access controls, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and reliability improvements. The role partners with data engineers, architects, analysts, infrastructure, and security teams to support scalable production analytics and data workloads.

Develop and deploy end-to-end AI-powered healthcare applications across front-end, back-end, data pipelines, and model integration. Build LLM, RAG, voice, image, and document-processing solutions; fine-tune and serve GPT and Llama models; create AI agents and copilots; optimize prompts, evaluation, cost, and performance; and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Design, build, and operate scalable APIs and event-driven backend services using TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Kafka, and PostgreSQL. Develop infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot production systems, and participate in on-call support. Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, API and event standards, code reviews, mentoring, and cross-team guidance. Help improve engineering quality, reliability, scalability, development tooling, and adoption of AI-assisted development practices.
