Generates recurring revenue for Xtime automotive software by consulting with dealerships, identifying needs, presenting and demonstrating solutions, negotiating pricing, and closing new business. The role focuses on automotive dealership software, F&I processes, customer retention, upselling, and new business development.

The consultant cold-calls prospects, manages inbound leads, builds customer relationships, conducts product demonstrations, maintains Salesforce pipeline data, resolves deal challenges, and meets sales quotas across an assigned territory.

Supports product managers with market and client research, customer and product analysis, product vision and requirements refinement, roadmap and KPI understanding, project status updates, business case documentation, and post-project evaluation. Collaborates cross-functionally on product design, planning, development, release, and execution while learning product management standards and methodologies.

Develop and maintain enterprise platforms, infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, configuration management, monitoring, and CI/CD tools across public and private clouds. Support secure, resilient software delivery by automating packaging and deployment, tracking system performance, documenting procedures, and collaborating with delivery and operations teams. The intern will also use AI tools for productivity, testing, and automation.

Leads enterprise database strategy, administration, optimization, high availability, disaster recovery, performance tuning, and modernization. Stabilizes on-premises systems and designs phased migrations to AWS, supporting RDS, relational, and NoSQL platforms. Advises architects and engineers on data architecture, builds CI/CD practices for database changes, ensures resilient 24x7 production operations, and mentors database professionals while influencing technical direction across multiple teams.

Lead administration, optimization, and remediation of large-scale Microsoft SQL Server environments. Stabilize on-prem systems, design HA/DR and Always On solutions, automate with PowerShell/T-SQL and IaC, troubleshoot replication and performance, and plan/execute phased migrations to AWS (RDS and EC2). Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams and produce runbooks, monitoring, and operational documentation.

Develop knowledge-management articles, training content, job aids, visual aids, and knowledge checks for adult learners. Collaborate with business stakeholders, manage project deadlines, present learning content to large groups, and help translate complex software information into accessible training materials. The role offers hands-on experience in instructional design, operations, and learning and development.
