Generates new recurring revenue for Xtime automotive dealership software by consulting with customers, identifying needs, presenting and demonstrating solutions, negotiating pricing, closing sales, and managing territory goals. Partners with outside sales managers, develops sales plans and forecasts, maintains Salesforce records, cultivates executive relationships, supports upselling, and helps dealerships improve sales and operations through software solutions.

Provides remote technical customer support for Dealertrack and Cox Automotive products through phone, email, and chat. Resolves routine application and product issues, documents cases in CRM, trains customers on product usage, coordinates with internal teams, and follows up through resolution. Requires strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and documentation skills, with flexibility for variable shifts, Saturdays, and overtime.

Administer and improve Workday and multi-platform HR security, including role-based access, security groups, access reviews, request approvals, audit support, governance documentation, and compliance controls. Evaluate elevated access requests, identify risks, resolve routine issues, coordinate remediation, and escalate complex decisions. Partner with HR, IT, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to strengthen policies, processes, and least-privilege access across Workday, Peakon, UKG, Prism, and HR data platforms.
