Investigates damages, determines coverage and liability, estimates losses, negotiates settlements, controls claim costs, prepares reports, supports litigation, and serves as an expert witness. The role also mentors adjusters, provides peer reviews, assists with catastrophe claims, manages client accounts, supports succession planning, and develops new business relationships.
