Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and performance analysis. Partners with executives and operational leaders to interpret results, identify risks and profitability opportunities, develop action plans, and improve financial dashboards and metrics. Oversees month-end analysis, strategic planning, financial reserves, and executive reporting while mentoring the FP&A team and supporting process improvement.

Administers client Family and Medical Leave Act and leave-of-absence programs. Reviews documentation, evaluates requests under federal and state regulations, guides employees and managers, coordinates correspondence, maintains records, analyzes data, generates reports, provides training, and supports compliance and special projects.

Investigates, evaluates, and settles complex workers’ compensation claims. Determines coverage, liability, compensability, reserves, payments, subrogation, and recovery opportunities. Coordinates investigations and litigation strategy with legal counsel, prepares claims reports, participates in reviews, and ensures timely, equitable settlements within authority limits. Provides training and mentorship to new hires while managing claims independently and applying sound judgment to unusual or difficult cases.
