Serves as the primary finance contact for a business segment, preparing financial reports, forecasts, reconciliations, variance analyses, and management packages. Supports accounting close activities, validates transactions, monitors KPIs, investigates financial trends, and partners with program leaders on performance, risks, and decisions. The role also contributes to system testing, process improvements, automation, documentation, and ad hoc financial analysis.

Leads complex accounting processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, close activities, internal controls, and process improvements. Analyzes accounting and control issues, recommends scalable solutions, coordinates cross-functional deliverables, supports audits, and communicates findings to stakeholders and leadership. Provides technical guidance and coaching to less-experienced team members while ensuring compliance with GAAP, company policies, and applicable standards.

The Post Closing Coordinator will review closing documents, manage communication with lenders for funding, and ensure attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
