Part-time remote legal internship supporting M&A and IP work for music catalog acquisitions. Duties include drafting and reviewing transactional documents, due diligence, copyright registrations, entity compliance, NDAs, document organization, cross-functional collaboration, and administrative support for the M&A Legal team.

Lead tax strategy and execution across global M&A, catalog investments, and strategic transactions. Structure deals, perform tax diligence and modeling, advise on international tax, transfer pricing, and IP-related tax issues, manage external advisors, support finance and legal teams, and develop scalable tax processes and governance for growth.

Support artist growth by creating and managing fan/edit pages, sourcing and editing short-form viral content, posting daily, monitoring engagement and trends, and helping grow organic fan communities across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube Shorts.
