Manage development, planning, and delivery of capital projects across a global client account. Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to track schedules, risks, budgets, permitting, installation, and closeouts. Support vendor onboarding, performance monitoring, program documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications while maintaining program dashboards and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Manage and coordinate internal teams and vendor partners to deliver mid-to-high complexity real estate and facilities projects from inception to closeout. Develop and manage scope, schedule, budget, procurement, vendor performance, quality, and risk. Communicate status to clients and stakeholders, conduct onsite audits, supervise small teams, maintain project documentation, facilitate meetings, and support business development and process initiatives. Role requires frequent onsite presence, travel, and handling administrative responsibilities.

Lead and support global program creation and execution across a commercial real estate portfolio. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to track milestones, manage risks, maintain governance, support vendor onboarding, monitor schedules and budgets, prepare reporting and dashboards, and drive process improvements to ensure successful project delivery.
