Teams at Cresta

Build and lead Cresta’s East Coast SDR team, hiring and developing talent, creating outbound and inbound pipeline strategies, optimizing sales playbooks, driving quota attainment, tracking KPIs, and partnering with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales. The role is based in New York City with in-office work twice weekly.

Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification, create personalized outreach, coordinate with Sales and Marketing, analyze market research, prioritize target accounts, engage executives, generate meetings and qualified opportunities, and meet monthly quotas to drive revenue growth.

Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, launches, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for Cresta’s AI Agent and Agentic Assist portfolio. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive leadership to drive adoption, pipeline, differentiation, roadmap influence, and category leadership. The role also requires advising executives on market dynamics and platform strategy while building and scaling product marketing teams.
