Provides direct psychiatric care to women, including evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management. Supervises psychiatric nurse practitioners and mental health professionals, leads clinical quality and ethical practice, supports credentialing and training, develops women’s mental health programs, and collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams. The role combines an active patient panel with clinical leadership and mentorship responsibilities.

Manage Employment Practices Liability claims end to end, including coverage analysis, investigation, liability and financial exposure assessment, litigation strategy, defense counsel oversight, negotiations, settlements, and resolution. Report significant claims and risk trends to executives, coordinate with reinsurers, attend proceedings, and recommend loss-prevention strategies.

Owns the technical lifecycle of enterprise integrations, including discovery, solution design, API configuration, field mapping, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation. Collaborates with clients, Sales, Onboarding, Engineering, and third-party partners to deliver integrations across HRIS, ATS, and CRM platforms. Translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions, manages Jira-driven development needs, identifies risks, and supports technical demonstrations and webinars.
