Lead and deliver complex, cross-team AI platform programs: manage schedules, risks, integration of AI workflows and agents, enable operational readiness, drive TPM best practices, and communicate status and metrics to stakeholders in a remote, multi-timezone environment.

Senior individual contributor who designs, secures, automates, and operates core IT systems. Own identity/lifecycle, AWS-based IT infrastructure, ServiceNow architecture, automations, observability, endpoint management, and Tier 3 incident response. Partner across IT, Security, People, and apps to improve reliability, security, and scale; participate in on-call rotations and support audit readiness.

Own and evolve the analytics engineering platform: design and maintain certified dbt models, enforce modeling/testing/documentation standards, build semantic and metadata layers, optimize Snowflake performance, partner with analysts and data engineering to migrate business logic and ensure reliable, AI-ready analytics, and mentor teammates on analytics engineering best practices.
