Serve as the primary HR advisor for a consulting practice, leading performance cycles, onboarding, employee relations, talent management, compensation guidance, organizational design, offboarding, HR analytics, and implementation of AI-enabled HR solutions while partnering with HR, OD, Legal, and practice leadership.

Serve as a trusted advisor to financial services clients performing NAV calculations, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation. Support fund transaction processing, portfolio analysis, regulatory filings, and audits. Partner with finance leaders to optimize processes and ERP/cloud finance systems, perform operational accounting activities, and communicate findings and recommendations to clients and cross-functional teams.

As a Senior Consultant in Accounting Advisory, you'll enhance financial reporting processes, support operational accounting improvements, implement new accounting standards, and communicate with clients. You are expected to leverage AI tools and maintain compliance with accounting standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams and client partners.
