Advise CFOs, controllers, finance leaders, and IT stakeholders while managing scope, schedule, risks, resources, and deliverable quality. Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate client workshops, support proposals and demonstrations, coach consultants, and oversee training, change management, go-live, and post-go-live optimization.

Manage and optimize Workday Recruiting and connected talent acquisition technologies. Configure business processes, reports, calculated fields, integrations, and EIB solutions; lead release testing, enhancements, implementations, and annual initiatives. Translate recruiting business needs into scalable system solutions, maintain data integrity, document requirements, resolve issues, and coordinate with Talent Solutions, IT, Finance, business leaders, and vendors.
