Supports debt capital markets transactions for renewable energy and infrastructure clients through financial modeling, structuring, diligence, credit analysis, transaction materials, and capital provider coordination. The Associate also supports advisory mandates, client meetings, market intelligence, process improvements, and technology-enabled financing workflows. The role requires at least two years of relevant finance experience, strong Excel and modeling skills, and familiarity with renewable energy or structured finance.

Supports screening, underwriting, modeling, structuring, and closing of tax equity and preferred equity transactions in renewable energy and infrastructure. Responsibilities include analyzing sponsor financials, contracts, diligence materials, transaction economics, risks, portfolio performance, and investment committee materials. The Associate also improves financial models and workflows, uses AI-enabled tools, supports external stakeholders, and contributes to technology-enabled financing initiatives.

Leads renewable-energy debt transactions from initial indication of interest through closing, including structuring, lender diligence, negotiation, documentation, credit memos, pricing, and committee presentations. Owns transaction velocity and revenue targets, mentors deal teams, develops financing structures and lender programs, and partners with investments, product, engineering, and industry coverage teams. Drives standardized execution processes and AI-enabled modeling while representing the company in industry forums.
