Teams at CSC

Manages strategic client accounts by protecting revenue, reducing attrition risk, strengthening executive relationships, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Responsibilities include proactive outbound engagement, business reviews, account planning, client risk monitoring, lead generation, CRM usage, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Product, Service, and support teams. The role focuses on retaining and expanding enterprise accounts while aligning CSC solutions with evolving client needs.

Lead commercial strategy and revenue growth for CSC’s corporate, legal, funds and fiduciary services in the Americas. Win new business, manage complex cross-border deals, build client relationships, structure pricing/agreements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent CSC at industry events.

Research and interpret federal and state tax law changes, translate them into software requirements, validate tax calculations, and partner with developers on compliant tax technology. The role also creates technical documentation, supports strategic product initiatives, provides tax subject-matter expertise, and uses AI and analytics tools to improve research and workflow efficiency.
