Manage corporate trust account administration for Escrow and Project Finance products: process account setup/termination, record incoming assets, execute wires/checks, reconcile accounts, manage billing/fee collection, monitor deal documentation and ticklers, communicate with clients, and support team projects to ensure timely, accurate service.

Lead implementations of Corptax tax compliance and provision solutions, translate tax processes into scalable configurations, improve data quality, and drive automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements while partnering with product and engineering to capture patterns and deliver repeatable, measurable client outcomes.

Remote internship supporting tax research, testing, and documentation. Duties include researching tax form changes, interpreting tax code updates, writing requirements for programmers, designing and executing test cases, validating tax calculations, and contributing to release notes and customer guidance while learning tax software and tools.
