Leads multiple software engineering teams supporting account opening and customer initiatives. Oversees software development, maintenance, integrations, delivery, quality, and technical processes while mentoring employees and partnering with Product, Architecture, Project Management, and business teams. Drives automation, AI adoption, process improvement, and operational efficiency. Requires software development expertise, API and database experience, Agile and SDLC knowledge, and demonstrated people leadership.

Leads loan origination software implementations for financial institution customers from discovery through post-launch stabilization. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, workflow analysis, configuration coordination, project scheduling, testing, training, go-live support, stakeholder communication, risk management, and issue resolution. The role combines project leadership, customer relationship management, business and technical problem-solving, and consultative guidance to drive successful software adoption.

Own daily settlement reviews and reconciliations across banking partners, validate settlement files and NACHA transactions, investigate variances, coordinate adjustments, and resolve exceptions. Prepare account reconciliations, support month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet analysis, audits, and financial documentation. Collaborate with accounting, engineering, operations, vendors, and banks while improving controls, automation, and settlement processes.
