Acquire and manage B2B corporate clients for Culture Vitale’s wellness, creativity, and development experiences. Prospect HR, L&D, leadership, and other corporate decision-makers; present offerings; secure bookings; nurture repeat business; and serve as the commercial lead in a regional market. The role is independent, flexible, non-exclusive, and commission-only, with ongoing commissions for recurring clients and potential future retainer or salaried opportunities.

Partner with Culture Vitale to create and deliver corporate retreats for major clients. Responsibilities include providing retreat locations and programs, adapting experiences to client needs, meeting legal requirements, and demonstrating successful work with corporate and senior-level audiences. Partners may also enrich their retreats through Culture Vitale’s network of wellbeing, leadership, arts, and cultural experts. Opportunities are flexible and paid throughout the year.
