Lead and manage multiple construction projects from planning through closeout, acting as Owner's Advisor. Coordinate architects, contractors, and consultants; manage budgets, schedules, contracts, RFQ/RFPs, vendor selection, and reporting. Provide design and construction management, resolve issues, guide clients, and develop business relationships to support project delivery and business development.

Lead commercial construction projects from planning through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, vendors, contracts, bidding, inspections, reporting, and internal/external team coordination while ensuring safety, insurance, and documentation compliance.

Lead project controls and cost management activities across all project phases including capital planning, estimating, schedule control, risk management, procure-to-pay setup, construction technology, forecasting, and project close-out. Support clients on funding, governance, contract and cost administration, reporting (Power BI), and project information systems (Procore/ACC). Provide mentorship, process improvement, and contribute to multi-phase and complex-funded projects, with emphasis on large-scale data center experience.
