Manages financial accounting and controls across multiple projects, including budgets, expenditures, commitments, cash flow, reconciliations, invoices, contracts, contingency tracking, reporting, and project closeout. Partners with project managers, clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and lenders to resolve billing issues, maintain accurate financial records, and identify cost risks. Provides accounting procedures, training, analyses, and timely financial reports throughout the project lifecycle.

Manages multiple and complex tenant improvement construction projects from planning through closeout. Coordinates scope, cost, schedule, design, procurement, permitting, construction, stakeholders, contracts, and claims. Leads project teams, manages budgets and projections, performs value engineering and constructability reviews, oversees entitlement processes, and communicates with clients and project stakeholders. The role is based on-site in Seattle and requires independent management of high-profile client projects.
