Responsibilities include partnering with HR and business stakeholders, managing vendors and implementations, measuring program effectiveness, and applying data, learning innovation, and responsible AI to improve leadership capability and business outcomes.

Leads the enterprise executive and leadership acceleration portfolio, designing development pathways for executives, senior leaders, master practitioners, and high-potential employees. The role aligns leadership development with succession planning and future capability needs, integrating coaching, assessments, mentoring, sponsorship, action learning, and enterprise experiences. It partners with senior executives, HR leaders, coaches, universities, and thought leaders while using analytics, research, feedback, and AI-enabled solutions to improve program effectiveness and leadership readiness.
