Performs accurate diagnostic and procedural coding for outpatient and inpatient medical records. Supports the Legal Department, General Counsel, executives, and business stakeholders with corporate governance, entity management, contracts, healthcare regulatory filings, Medicare Advantage compliance, litigation, privacy matters, and legal operations. Maintains corporate records, manages contract lifecycle workflows, supports CMS and state regulatory activities, coordinates litigation documentation, and develops reporting and process improvements. The role requires strong paralegal, legal drafting, organizational, analytical, and healthcare regulatory skills.

Administer and modernize enterprise data platforms by migrating SQL Server to Azure Databricks. Manage Databricks workspaces, clusters, SQL Warehouses, security, governance, networking, monitoring, performance, and production support. Build infrastructure automation with Terraform and CI/CD, integrate source control and deployment processes, support data and AI teams, and maintain secure, compliant healthcare data environments.

Manage Curana Health’s AI transformation programs, including workflow redesign, AI training, competency assessments, and talent acquisition screening. Establish program infrastructure, operating rhythms, roadmaps, dependency tracking, reporting, decision logs, and ROI documentation. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, tools, security requirements, and learning platforms while monitoring capacity, risks, milestones, and delivery outcomes. Support repeatable processes that enable AI adoption across healthcare operations.

Owns executive relationships with senior living operator partners, leading strategic discussions, Quarterly Business Reviews, growth initiatives, performance improvement, and service expansion. Analyzes operational, clinical, financial, and partnership data to create recommendations, dashboards, presentations, and action plans. Coordinates clinical, business development, analytics, product, marketing, and other teams to resolve issues, align stakeholders, improve retention, and deliver measurable partner outcomes.

Supports workforce planning and contact center operations through forecasting, scheduling, queue management, capacity planning, service-level monitoring, and telephony platform administration. Analyzes call and workforce data, investigates operational issues, produces performance reports, and recommends improvements. The role collaborates with operational and technical stakeholders, supports system implementations and migrations, and participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Leads multi-state payroll tax compliance, including filings, deposits, reconciliations, registrations, amendments, audits, agency notices, and year-end reporting. Partners with Payroll, People Systems, Finance, and external vendors to resolve complex tax issues, maintain compliant systems and controls, support M&A integrations, monitor regulatory changes, and provide risk and improvement recommendations.
