Performs accurate diagnostic and procedural coding for outpatient and inpatient medical records. Assigns codes and modifiers, conducts abstracting and coding audits, maintains productivity, quality, and timeliness standards, follows industry coding practices, and serves as a subject matter expert and resource for staff.

Coordinates the full employee onboarding lifecycle, including pre-employment requirements, orientation, training, compliance documentation, equipment and system access, employee inquiries, reporting, and process improvement. Partners with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, IT, Learning and Development, Credentialing, and other teams to ensure new associates have a compliant and effective start.

Leads Medicare Advantage actuarial work, including CMS bid development, HPMS filings, reserve modeling, risk adjustment, HCC analysis, payment reconciliation, Part D pricing, and RADV audit support. The role analyzes healthcare data, monitors CMS systems, translates actuarial findings for executives, and collaborates with finance, clinical, compliance, and network teams.
