Build and own the data warehouse, analytics, and self-serve BI; define metrics and data models; prepare datasets for ML/AI features; partner cross-functionally to deliver dashboards, ensure data quality, and document systems as the companys first analytics hire.

Own end-to-end data migrations for new customers: audit, clean, map, transform, import and validate legacy data using Rubie, SQL, JavaScript/Python and Excel. Build reusable mapping templates and documentation, work directly with customers and engineers, support post-go-live data issues, improve migration tooling, and track migration status in Planhat.

Own end-to-end product design for SaaS features, partnering with Product and Engineering on discovery, prototyping, testing, and delivery. Contribute to the design system and component library, support design-to-code workflows, prototype frontend-adjacent solutions, and improve UI polish. Participate in customer calls and user research while helping build scalable design infrastructure and AI-assisted workflows.
