Build and lead Curinos’s Client Value Management function, including its operating model, governance, team, coverage model, and performance frameworks. Own enterprise portfolio gross revenue retention, identify systemic renewal risks, lead executive escalations, sponsor strategic accounts, and present portfolio health to executives, the board, and investors. Influence product and delivery priorities through client insights while driving predictable renewal outcomes during platform transitions.

Own revenue operations reporting infrastructure, pipeline analytics, forecasting models, and Excel-based performance reporting. Audit and clean CRM data, maintain classification logic, track pipeline coverage and quota performance, and produce insights and reporting materials for senior commercial leaders. The role requires strong Excel modeling, data-quality discipline, CRM familiarity, AI literacy, and communication with nontechnical stakeholders.

Leads client-facing financial services advisory projects from strategy development through delivery. Responsibilities include managing project teams, developing analytical frameworks, presenting insights to senior banking executives, supporting business development, identifying follow-on opportunities, contributing to thought leadership, maintaining client relationships, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires strong consulting, banking, analytics, project management, communication, and storytelling skills, with weekly travel to client sites.
