Build curriculum aligned to Reg E/Reg Z/CFPB, use QA insights to prioritize content, track learning effectiveness, and ensure audit-ready compliance. Expand training coverage across Risk Operations and manage onboarding, readiness standards, and facilitator materials.

Analyzes payments and banking data to identify trends, improve products, and enhance operational efficiency. Builds dashboards, conducts deep-dive and experimental analyses, monitors customer behavior, and delivers actionable insights to stakeholders. Partners with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define success metrics, ensure data quality, support fraud response, and improve analytics processes.

Own and scale the design system across foundational tokens, components, documentation, accessibility standards, and adoption. Partner with engineering to align Figma and product implementations, audit product surfaces, and lead consolidation. Also own end-to-end UX for a primary banking workflow, collaborate with product managers, and provide feedback to product designers.
