Own strategic customer engagements from discovery through delivery and adoption. Scope AI coding projects with executive sponsors, lead technical discovery and architecture reviews, configure workflows and integrations, partner with Forward Deployed Engineers on builds, train customer teams, monitor feasibility, identify expansion opportunities, and communicate product gaps to Engineering and Product. The role requires translating business outcomes into technical implementations while maintaining executive relationships and delivering measurable value quickly.

Own strategic consulting and systems integrator partnerships, driving co-sell execution, partner enablement, pipeline generation, pilot-to-production deployments, adoption metrics, and joint go-to-market initiatives. The role manages executive and working-level relationships, coordinates cross-functional teams to resolve deployment blockers, and turns partnerships with major consultancies and global SIs into scalable revenue and production adoption.

Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting, account research, stakeholder mapping, discovery conversations, and personalized multi-channel outreach. Partner with Account Executives on account strategies and opportunity handoffs, meet activity and qualified-meeting targets, represent Cursor’s product, share market intelligence, and help develop the company’s sales playbook.
