Senior IC for GTM analytics who builds and owns GTM data models, pipelines, and a semantic layer; runs deep analyses on funnel, conversion, forecasting, quota, and retention; partners with product data and engineering to ensure consistent data and operationalized metrics for non-technical stakeholders.

Lead an engineering team building scalable ML training, evaluation, and rollout infrastructure. Set technical direction, debug systems with researchers, design eval pipelines, ensure reproducible environments, and hire and mentor engineers to improve model development velocity and quality.

Own Marketing Finance end-to-end as the primary finance partner to Marketing leadership: manage headcount and program spend, build top-of-funnel and pipeline models for planning and forecasting, design ROI and efficiency frameworks, deliver insight-driven reporting, and collaborate with Data and RevOps to create measurement infrastructure. Start as an IC with a clear path to hire and lead a team. Must be full-time onsite in SF or NY.
