Oversee construction project implementation from planning through completion: manage budgets, forecasts and master schedules; lead RFQ/RFP, vendor/contractor selection and contract negotiation; manage design, permitting, procurement, entitlements, and post-construction services; liaise with clients, property managers and stakeholders; apply PDS technology and ensure project risk and quality controls.

Manage and coordinate construction and tenant-improvement projects at client sites and campuses. Develop budgets, schedules, reports, and drawings; oversee consultants and contractors; review change orders and invoices; ensure compliance with codes and client policies; collaborate with account and facility teams; supervise staff and support business development.

Operate, maintain, and repair building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, refrigeration). Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, safety and life-safety inspections, energy management, emergency response, documentation, and general property repairs. Ensure compliance with codes, company standards, and complete required safety training.
