The Compensation Associate supports and evolves compensation programs, conducts analysis, provides insights, and collaborates with senior leadership. Responsibilities include developing compensation strategies, analyzing salary structures, and utilizing data analytics and visualization tools to enhance decision-making.

Ten-week summer internship embedded in a banking business area such as finance, risk, operations, or technology. Interns analyze data, support process improvements, conduct research, complete department assignments, collaborate on an AI-driven challenge, attend development workshops, network across the bank, and present final project insights to senior leadership.

Administer, analyze, and reconcile escrow accounts for commercial loan portfolios. Ensure accurate collection, disbursement, and monitoring of escrow funds (taxes/obligations), resolve exceptions, maintain audit-ready records, support KPI reporting, and coordinate with borrowers, taxing authorities, and internal teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.
