The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to a PMO, coordinating meetings, communications, and administrative processes to enable effective execution of priorities.

Develops, tests, maintains, debugs, and modernizes IBM Assembler Language Code applications on z/OS mainframes. Responsibilities include modifying legacy code, conducting trial runs, documenting program logic, resolving issues with analysts and IT staff, interfacing with front-end systems, supporting migrations to Java or MongoDB, and complying with federal security standards.

Leads the analysis, design, development, and delivery of classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning assets. Creates objectives, design documents, storyboards, courses, curricula, manuals, simulations, games, and interactive experiences using instructional design principles and the ADDIE model. Collaborates with subject matter experts and project managers, manages milestones and risks, leads development teams, and ensures deliverables meet quality and Section 508 accessibility standards.
