The Senior Engineer will oversee interconnection engineering, substation design, and utility compliance for solar and storage projects, providing technical support, managing consultants, and leading project execution in a cross-functional role.

Lead and execute solar and storage project development across SPP and PJM markets. Manage a development team, originate and close transactions (land, interconnection, PPAs), coordinate with Origination, Policy, Engineering, EPC/EPCM and Finance, drive permitting and community engagement, analyze market and regulatory drivers, and support late-stage commercialization through construction and financing.

The Corporate Counsel will manage project finance and M&A transactions, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. They will also draft legal documents and oversee legal processes related to transactions in renewable energy.

Lead stakeholder and government engagement for regional solar and storage projects. Build relationships with communities and elected officials, manage media and public communications, develop strategic engagement plans, and mentor teams or consultants to secure public support and mitigate regulatory risks.

The Project Manager will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while meeting all legal and safety requirements.
