The Corporate Counsel will manage project finance and M&A transactions, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. They will also draft legal documents and oversee legal processes related to transactions in renewable energy.

Lead North American origination covering utilities, data centers and C&I customers; develop market strategy, maintain senior customer relationships, originate and execute PPAs/VPPAs/ESAs and hedges, manage a lean origination team, and coordinate cross-functionally to advance pipeline to execution while maintaining Salesforce pipeline discipline.

The Associate will join the M&A team, responsible for financial modeling, due diligence, and presenting transaction proposals to the executive team while coordinating across departments.
