Responsibilities include sourcing deals, conducting financial, legal, and operational due diligence, managing relationships with fund managers and investors, and overseeing portfolio investments. The role requires financial modeling, analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, and strategic investment skills, with interest or experience in private equity, investment banking, or related finance.
