Provide comprehensive patient care including history and physical exams, diagnostics, procedures (venipuncture, waived testing, Pap smears), documentation in EHR, care coordination with interdisciplinary teams, emergency response, patient education, and participation in quality improvement and credentialing activities.

Coordinate and track patient referrals to specialists and community services, maintain accurate EHR documentation, obtain insurance authorizations, schedule appointments, monitor referral completion, assist patients with barriers to care, liaise among patients, providers, specialists and payers, and participate in quality improvement and reporting related to referral management.

Process vendor invoices, payments (check, ACH, wire), employee reimbursements, and credit card reconciliations. Maintain vendor records, reconcile statements, support month-end accruals, assist audits, and address vendor inquiries while ensuring policy compliance and internal controls.
