Lead US people operations and global HR initiatives, including onboarding, benefits reviews, employee support, HR metrics, systems administration, compliance, and workflow automation. The role manages foundational HR logistics, partners with global People teams, improves employee experiences, and uses AI tools such as Gemini and Claude to streamline processes while protecting sensitive data. It also supports culture-building, training programs, and employee engagement across Dashlane’s international workforce.

Lead revenue enablement for a B2B SaaS go-to-market organization spanning direct sales, customer success, sales development, and channel partners. Build onboarding, training, coaching, playbooks, communications, and product-launch programs. Manage AI-powered enablement technologies, including Gong, Enterpret, Claude, and Mindtickle; develop metrics and dashboards; and partner cross-functionally to improve revenue effectiveness, sales productivity, and adoption of processes and tools.
