The Finance Manager will partner with Product Support to manage the Support P&L, build capacity models, assess financial impacts, and drive operational improvements. Key responsibilities include designing KPIs, analyzing financial data, and facilitating cross-functional collaborations for strategic planning.

Lead customer-facing projects to design, build, and productionize data and AI solutions on Databricks. Own architecture, implement end-to-end data pipelines, ML/AI model integration, and user-facing applications; collaborate with engineering, product, and support to deliver scalable, secure systems and reusable accelerators while driving customer adoption and measurable outcomes.

As a Startup Account Executive, you'll drive sales by managing both new and existing accounts, exceeding KPIs, and pursuing new opportunities. You'll develop a territory plan, align customers with product vision, and ensure great CRM hygiene.
