Serve as a technical expert for customers, lead onboarding and integrations, manage projects and technical committees, troubleshoot and resolve issues, monitor customer health, and participate in occasional on-call rotations to support escalations and incidents.

Manage US accounts to ensure customers achieve objectives with DataDome. Drive customer experience as a trusted advisor, secure renewals, identify expansion and upsell opportunities, mitigate risks to adoption, collaborate with Technical Account Managers, and build referenceable customer advocates.

As a Product Marketing Manager at DataDome, you will lead go-to-market strategies, create impactful messaging, conduct market analysis, and enable sales and marketing alignment. Collaborate cross-functionally to protect digital assets from AI-driven threats and cyber fraud.

Own technical strategy for mid-market and enterprise sales opportunities from discovery through technical close. Lead architecture discussions, demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-value exercises, integrations, security reviews, and production-readiness evaluations. Design DataDome deployments across web, mobile, API, CDN, cloud, and hybrid environments; analyze traffic and logs; address technical objections; provide customer feedback to product and engineering; create enablement content; and mentor Solutions Engineers.
