Build and deploy AI agents that automate audit and finance workflows for enterprise customers. Responsibilities include designing agent configurations, debugging accuracy issues, assessing feasibility, leading customer deployments, documenting learnings, influencing product and engineering priorities, and mentoring future forward deployed engineers. The role is customer-facing, hands-on, and requires strong communication, technical judgment, AI tooling familiarity, and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Own the customer journey for B2B SaaS clients, from onboarding and implementation through adoption, retention, value realization, and expansion. Act as a trusted advisor to audit and finance stakeholders, deliver training and business reviews, develop success plans, monitor customer health, and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to address customer needs and improve the platform.

Own the monetization foundation across consumption metering, pricing and packaging, entitlements, quotas, billing, invoicing, and administration. Translate commercial strategy into scalable product systems that ensure accurate revenue, trusted data, transparent customer billing, and flexible commercial changes. Partner closely with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Engineering to define requirements, manage trade-offs, and deliver durable billing and monetization infrastructure.
