The Senior Paralegal, Tax supports tax attorneys and the Practice Support Lawyer through tax legislation monitoring, IRS form preparation and submissions, EIN assistance, legislative and regulatory research, IRS communications, legal database searches, authority retrieval, citation checking, shepardizing, proofreading, and binder preparation.

Leads Level 3 desktop support, administration, and engineering for Windows systems and end-user applications. Responsibilities include MECM and Intune deployment, patching, application packaging, OS imaging, Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID and identity management, PowerShell automation, Azure Virtual Desktop support, device compliance, troubleshooting, and documentation. The role also contributes to desktop infrastructure design, image development, QA testing, and strategic improvements while working directly with end users and cross-functional teams.

Supports litigation case teams through case maintenance, legal research, court filings, document review, discovery production, deposition and trial preparation, transcript management, cite-checking, and case project coordination. Works with attorneys and support departments, arranges deposition services, maintains case records, and may train entry-level paralegals. Overtime and travel may be required.
