Structure and negotiate provider contracts, shared savings models, and strategic partnerships from sourcing through signing and implementation handoff. Collaborate with payer growth and operations leaders to expand markets and ensure successful onboarding. The role requires strong value-based care expertise, financial modeling ability, relationship-building skills, and up to 20% travel.

Owns Daymark Health’s clinical quality and safety program across virtual and in-person care. Responsibilities include maintaining protocols, managing incident and near-miss reporting, conducting investigations and root-cause analyses, supporting audits and regulatory reviews, tracking quality metrics, identifying compliance gaps, implementing corrective actions, updating the quality playbook, and training clinical staff on safety and risk-management standards. The role partners with clinical, operational, and executive leaders and requires regular travel across markets.

Build and maintain scalable cloud data pipelines and governance to support analytics across claims, EHR, and real-time patient data. Deploy and operate Snowflake/dbt/AWS-based infrastructure, enable real-time analytics, partner with clinical, product, and engineering teams, and deliver insights that inform care delivery, payer collaboration, and business decisions.

Lead and build Daymark's end-to-end revenue cycle: manage billing and clearinghouse platforms and vendors, establish patient billing and collections workflows, lead claims/denial management, track RCM KPIs, support risk adjustment and credentialing, pilot AI-enabled RCM tools, and partner with clinical, finance, product, and data teams to ensure billing accuracy and revenue integrity.
