Own day-to-day learning and development operations for care team onboarding across multiple markets. Manage training calendars, trainers, subject matter experts, session logistics, onboarding checklists, and LMS completion tracking. Lead training-week execution for new market launches, coordinate shadowing programs, measure training effectiveness, and use data and feedback to improve delivery. Build scalable training resources and launch playbooks while partnering with Clinical Operations and market leaders.

Build and scale Daymark Health’s cancer care platform across the stack. Responsibilities include developing secure infrastructure and core systems, collaborating with product, data, operations, and customers, integrating workflows, following HIPAA and SOC 2 controls, handling PHI securely, and using AI coding tools to accelerate development. The role requires contributing to technical strategy, improving user experience, and adapting quickly in a startup environment.

Own key portions of monthly, quarterly, and annual close; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and GAAP financial statements; maintain multi-entity general ledgers; support AP, AR, cash, audits, internal controls, process improvements, financial analysis, and cross-functional accounting activities.
