Leads forensic delay analysis, construction schedule evaluation, and builder’s risk or delay-in-completion claims assessment. Reviews contracts, change orders, and project records; prepares expert reports and presentations; collaborates with attorneys, insurers, and contractors; supports dispute resolution and negotiations; and may provide expert testimony. The role supervises or quality-reviews others, requires field investigation in damaged or catastrophe-affected locations, and involves approximately 30% travel with occasional nonstandard hours.

Manages cash application, payment deposits, reconciliations, electronic invoice submissions, billing discrepancies, appeals, reductions, collections support, and financial reporting. Maintains data accuracy across accounting and e-billing systems, researches unapplied cash, coordinates billing corrections, and communicates with clients and internal teams. This is an in-person Accounts Receivable role supporting high-volume payments and project billing.

Own full-cycle recruiting for entry-level through leadership roles, partnering with hiring managers on hiring strategy and candidate experience. Source talent through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and events; manage interviews, offers, and recruiting data. Lead college hiring strategy and oversee the internship program to build entry-level pipelines. Advise stakeholders on market trends and interview practices while improving recruiting efficiency and quality of hire.
