The Senior Account Executive - Voice will support sales teams, lead Voice-specific customer discussions, and help organizations adopt real-time translation, leveraging partnerships with Account Executives and providing customer insights for product development.

Lead design and delivery of developer-facing APIs and platform tooling: improve onboarding and DevEx, build SDKs and docs, enforce contract testing and automated quality gates, partner cross-functionally to ensure secure, scalable API platform operations and SLO-driven production reliability.

The VP of Sales will lead the Americas region, driving business acquisition, team development, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve sales excellence in the enterprise segment.
