Serve as the primary post-sales technical success lead for commercial accounts: build executive and engineering relationships, create outcome-aligned success plans, drive adoption, advise on Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps and secure deployments, troubleshoot with Engineering, and identify renewal and expansion opportunities.

Design, build, and own cloud-native runtime production environments and platform architecture. Drive platform roadmaps, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, security automation, and mentor engineers while aligning platform delivery to mission objectives and collaborating with product and customer teams.

Lead a multi-year Defense Unicorns delivery team for a modernization program, managing delivery execution, financial performance, and contractor relationships while ensuring alignment with technical direction and mission goals.
