Manage high-value customer privacy requests, audit VIP information, investigate websites, document removal methods, maintain activity logs, and support data removal. The role requires improving operational processes, handling incident-response customer service, collaborating with Product and Engineering, supporting global teams, and providing feedback on problematic sites and internal tools. This position is fully in-office five days per week in Boston, with international travel as needed.

Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for strategic enterprise accounts, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, retention, expansion, and executive business reviews. Build trusted relationships with security and executive stakeholders, translate privacy protection into measurable risk-reduction outcomes, manage escalations, support security and compliance workflows, and maintain account health, success plans, and forecasts. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, Legal, and Security to improve customer outcomes and inform product and service strategy.

The Account Executive will drive sales in State, Local, and Education markets, focusing on data privacy solutions. Responsibilities include lead generation, client qualification, negotiation, and coordination with internal resources, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
