Responsible for net-new enterprise sales into $1B+ accounts within an assigned territory. Build territory plans, prospect and manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, collaborate with technical experts and channel partners, maintain pipeline and forecast, meet quotas, and travel ~30-40% for customer meetings and events.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Fastpath Assure governance and compliance features (SoD, access reviews, provisioning, audit). Own end-to-end product lifecycle, prioritize capabilities, partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer teams, engage customers for validation, analyze adoption and competitive positioning, enable go-to-market, and inform platform integration and roadmap through GRC, identity governance, and AI-driven trends.

Lead solutions marketing to translate Delinea's platform into buyer-focused messaging, use cases, and sales assets. Manage a small team to build messaging frameworks (Visibility, Posture, Control, ZSP, Compliance), produce campaign and sales enablement content, partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Content, and Sales Enablement, and ensure consistent, field-ready messaging across buyer and seller touchpoints.
