Deliver fund accounting and investor reporting for private equity and alternative funds, including NAV production, capital call/distribution processing, fee and carried interest calculations, expense oversight, investor allocations and ILPA‑compliant statements, legal document review, and coordination with clients, auditors, and internal teams to support reporting and audits.

Lead accounting, administration, and financial/regulatory reporting for alternative investment vehicles. Oversee NAV production, investor allocations, complex fee and carried interest calculations, reconciliations, financial statement and footnote preparation, audit and tax support, and control improvements to ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and timely deliverables for clients and auditors.

Draft, review and confirm OTC equity derivative confirmations; resolve trade confirmation language and economic breaks with counterparties; draft ad-hoc confirmations with Legal; create templates; support risk mitigation, client onboarding and post-trade lifecycle tasks; deliver projects to improve efficiency and controls.
