Lead development of data-driven solutions: clean and preprocess large structured and unstructured datasets, engineer features, build and deploy supervised/unsupervised ML and deep learning models, perform advanced statistical analysis, collaborate with data engineers on MLOps/CI-CD pipelines, and present actionable findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

The Data Driven Marketing Analyst analyzes data to provide insights for marketing campaigns using BI tools, statistical models, and collaborating with teams to improve decision-making.

Implements and configures Deluxe software solutions for client projects, including data entry, system customization, upgrades, testing, defect documentation, issue resolution, and implementation status reporting. Manages multiple small projects simultaneously, supports larger implementations, collaborates with project teams and clients, and escalates issues as needed. The role requires software implementation or support experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows-based systems, and networks.

Provide technical and functional support for the IMS (OnBase) platform by troubleshooting application issues, resolving customer incidents, and communicating status. Serve as primary case owner, collaborate with Development/QA, document troubleshooting and resolutions, follow escalation procedures, mentor peers, and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
