Under direct supervision, designs and redesigns product components and assemblies using engineering software. Reviews customer requirements, creates technical drawings, performs design and material analyses, and supports prototype assembly and testing. Evaluates warranty, manufacturing, and validation failures to improve product performance, manufacturability, reliability, and sustainability. Documents testing results, contributes to technical reports and presentations, and recommends improvements to processes and systems.

Leads DENSO Robotics’ North American sales strategy, revenue growth, market expansion, strategic accounts, channel partnerships, and geographically dispersed sales teams. Responsibilities include sales forecasting, competitive analysis, contract negotiations, executive customer engagement, distributor and integrator development, talent management, and collaboration with engineering, marketing, service, and global affiliates. The role requires extensive travel throughout North America and focuses on industrial and collaborative robotics and automation solutions.
